Good afternoon Sebastian,
Thank you for your patience and sorry for the delay.Attached is the closeout inspection report for the erosion
control plan FORSY-2021-031 Brunswick Crossing Phase 2. In our database, the older plan FORSY-2019-037
Brunswick Crossing Phase 1,was merged into the phase 2 plan. This document will need to be uploaded to
terminate the NCG01 Construction Stormwater Permit# NCC191048 at our new online portal website called
AccessDEQ: https://portal.deq.nc.gov/login.
Information on that new system can be found here: https://www.deq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-and-land-
resources/stormwater/stormwater-program/npdes-construction-program/new-ncg0l-accessdeq-permit-system
From my understanding, you need to first create/register an account (if you do not have one already). Once an account
has been made, you then need to link the project to your account by requesting access to your NCGO1 Permit#.
Here is a link to a user guide (which may be helpful?): https://portal.deq.nc.gov/docs/default-source/default-document-
library/accessdeq-user-guide---ncg01-portal.pdf
If you have any questions or issues about AccessDEQ, please complete this form:
https://portal.deq.nc.gov/help/contact-us
I hope you can get through this process;this is a new system to terminate the NCG01.
Thanks,
Nate

Nate,
Good afternoon and I hope you are well. I wanted to check in regarding the release of our grading permit at
Brunswick crossing. All the pond work has been completed and has passed inspection. I would like to begin the
process of filing a notice of termination for our grading permit out there. Let me know if you have any questions or if
there is anything I can help with.

Good morning Sebastion,
Thanks for the update. I did swing by yesterday and saw the conversion is in progress.Once that work is completed
and all temporary measures are removed, I will close out the plan. I noticed some old silt fence around portions of
the site and construction debris from the most recent homes that were built(see attached photo).
Let me know if you have any questions. Have a nice weekend.
Thanks,
Nate
