Dear Permittee:
You are receiving a Notice of Deficiency because the annual fee of$120 for coverage under NPDES General Stormwater
Permit NCG010000 for Construction Activities has not been paid as required by N.C. General Statute 143-215.3D(a)(4).
The annual fee was billed on 4/1/25 and was due on 05/01/25.The annual fee applies to the following construction site:

Certificate of Coverage No. NCC211998
NC Reference No. NCG01-2019-2276
If the project was closed out prior to the invoice due date, please request a Notice of Termination. Follow the instructions
on the NPDES Construction Program website (https://deq.nc.gov/NCG01). If the project was not closed out or sold prior
to the invoice due date, please pay the permit fee using the Stormwater ePayment website (My AccessDEQ).
Failure to address this deficiency within 30 calendar days could result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation and potential
civil penalty assessment of up to $25,000 per day for failing to maintain permit coverage. If you have any questions or
