Hi Ms. Cook,
hope you're doing well. I'm writing to follow up on our recent phone conversation regarding the
proposed Altec Mt. Airy stormwater outfall changes.As you mentioned, it wasn't necessary to submit an
application for this change, but you requested that I send you the coordinates for the new outfall as well
as the coordinates for the outfall we would like to remove from sampling and change to ROS status.Also,
I will follow up with a call to the regional office about the ROS designations for the other outfalls.
Please find the coordinates below:
36027'21.95"N, 80032'38.74"W—New outfall designated as Outfall 003.
36027'25.27"N, 80032'59.21"W—Current outfall that will no longer be sampled due to claiming
representative outfall status. This outfall is designated as Outfall 002.
