Orange County is currently in Tier II monitoring for the facility due to high TSS. The report indicates no discharge for this month.' There were two qualifying rain events during the month. The events occurred during a time period that the first flush discharge could not be captured in time to be collected or started too late to be delivered to the testing laboratory within the hold time requirements for the testing laboratory (maximum 6 hrs for E.Coli.). Orange County continues to monitor the installed BMP's that help to control the amount of onsite erosion and subsequent discharge of contaminated water; this includes the monitoring the growth of our vegetative cover and minimizing the amount of disturbed land.
