NCDEQ has received the Action Plan referenced in this email. The action plan should be considered as
approved. We look forward to seeing the future analytical results.
Note that the since there is a possibility that Outfall 1 may have been the outfall with the COD exceeding
benchmark,we encourage you to inspect that drainage area as well looking for potential sources of COD that
could be eliminated.
