The project SOW for this location has changed from just tree clearing to graveling the cleared area and an
installation of a retention pond. During phase 1 of the grading work the pond will be utilized as a sediment basin,
and in phase 2 it will be converted into a dry detention pond.
You must upload supporting documentation below. Do not upload E&SC Plans unless specific
plan sheets are the only documentation with approval for revised acres of disturbance, etc. (only
upload applicable sheets).
