Met with Tom Reilly, Plant Manager, and Brian Blanton, Pretreatment Coordinator.
Reviewed permit requirements, SPPP content, sampling protocols.
The facility needs to revamp thier stormwater program to ensure compliance with the permit.
The site is very clean and well maintained.
