MRO has reviewed the application for NCG021049. The application appears to address the needed outfalls. The
supplied drawings are consistent with the drawings approved with the mining permit application. The outfall
locations/coordinates appear to be in the correct locations. The supplied draft SWPPP will need some details
filled in, but appears to have the required sections.
MRO has not inspected the site— based upon available aerial photos, it is an undeveloped site, so an inspection
would be moot at this point.
MRO has no issues with moving forward with the permit.
Please let us know if you need anything else from us, or if we need to do a site visit even though it's undeveloped.
