I.Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for 2018 CIP Water Main Improvements Area 2; 20241694 Ver 1;
Brunswick County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on December 16, 2024 Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2go (PO Box
2230 Leland NC 284512230) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water
Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The
activity for which this certification is sought regards Utility. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the
application is January 19, 2025.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
January 19, 2025. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: <https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
