I.Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for Pinnacle Park Center-Lot 5; 20160650 Ver 3; Wake County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on December 12, 2024 Chatham Street Investment Properties (209
Devonhall Ln Cary NC 27518) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water
Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The
activity for which this certification is sought regards Other. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the
application is January 17, 2025.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
January 17, 2025. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: <https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
