Kelly Pipe (COC NCG030727) is providing email notification as required by NCG030000.
Kelly Pipe has become aware of a benchmark exceedance for TSS at Outfall 001 for the samples collected on
September 26, 2024 (results received by the facility on October 28, 2024).
This will put the facility in a Tier One Stormwater Permit Status for TSS at Outfall 001.
The lab report dated 10/24/2024 indicated a TSS concentration of 110 mg/I (benchmark is 100 mg/I) for Outfall
001.
