Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*
Please describe summary of implementation and compliance status.
The Town of Clayton received a NOD on August 19,2022.Since then the Town has added additional staff in order to fulfill some of the towns
deficiencies.The town has utilized GIS to record information about the BMPs in the Town of Clayton.The town has made significant efforts in
requiring annual inspection reports of BMPs that are privately owned.The Town has also made significant efforts on enforcing O&M agreements
for BMPs to ensure functionality.The Town has made considerable efforts to increase public outreach through our partnership with CWEP.
Stormwater staff has also provided new trainings for town staff through PowerPoint presentations.Stormwater staff also has several goals for
next year for more community engagement.Goals include planting more trees,future PowerPoint presentations,town 5k run,and more.Finally
the town has undergone an assessment to gage town of claytons stormwater assets.This assessment will further map BMPs life cycle
throughout the town of clayton.This will allow for further maintenance opportunities again to ensure functionality.The Town believes that with
the work that has been done and the efforts new staff have provided,that the town is in compliance.

Proposed changes include further evaluating downtown claytons stormwater management which includes a considerable effort to increase
