Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*

This is year one of our Permit issued on August 1,2023.The Town is submitting the Annual Report early with proposed amendments to the
Storm Water Management Plan,therefore,all of our permit year one requirements have not yet been met,however,the Town fully anticipates
meeting all permit year 1 requirements by the August 1,2024 permit year one end date.
Please note that the proposed reclined version of the document is included and attached.Additionally,given the upload limitations,I did not
upload all the supporting documents as noted in the cover letter.I can provide these documents if,and however,you would like.
Are there any proposed changes/revisions to the Stormwater Program?*
Include revisions to assessment of controls and any fiscal analysis revisions.Note:Proposed changes shall be submitted as part of a revised
Stormwater Management Plan(SWMP).
The main change is associated with the partnership with RSPC.Stallings would like to propose removing the requirement to engage with the
RSPC to develop Educational and Outreach Initiatives and replace it with Town-initiated Targeted Education Efforts that Staff shall identify and
conduct one education and outreach initiative for each of the following audiences within the MS4 area:residential,commercial,and school.
Additional changes included,but are not limited to;budgeting information,Storm Water and Infrastructure Committee,change in permit year
deadlines,and staff involved in the storm water program.
