Dear Ms.Peck,
We received your email regarding administrative completeness, on March 25, 2024, for the
submittal made to your office for the subject project. Information has been revised/updated based
on your comments. Revised/additional information is being provided, sent via FedEx, to the
address provided in your email. Included with this revised submittal are the following items, and are
listed in the same order as your comments:
• A check in the amount of$1000.
• The original executed O&M Agreement form.
• A copy of the soils report, which indicates SHWT information, as well as additional
information indicating infiltration testing results. Both of these documents were prepared
by Mr. Colm O'Doherty,PE,with Bunnell Lammons Engineering,Inc.
• Revised plans sheets. Sheet C-04 has been revised to include bearings and distances of the
proposed project limits, as well as revisions to the proposed detention system based on
changes to the design criteria, utilizing the system as an infiltration trench. Sheet C-14 has
also been revised based on this change. Revised calculations are also included with this
submittal.
