I. Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for Mid-Atlantic Industrial Project; 20110677 Ver3; Brunswick County PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on March 25, 2024, Bill Early (1175 Turlington Avenue, Suite 202, Leland, NC 28451) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this certification is sought in regards construction of an EV Battery Manufacturing Facility. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the application is May 24, 2024. Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on May 24,2024. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments. Written comments may also be mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699- 1617. The application is available online.
