You probably received a renewal notice earlier this morning(copy attached), and I just wanted to make sure there
wasn't any confusion. We sent notices of General Permit renewal out before NOTs were processed today,and
your COC was part of that batch. While the permit COC was renewed on April 1, it has since been rescinded per
the email below. Please let us know if you have any questions.

rescinded as of 4/18/2024. The COC was originally issued on 4/1/2024.
Conducting subject construction activities without approved coverage under the NCG01 Construction
Stormwater Permit is against federal and state laws and could result in fines. If something changes and
you would again require coverage, please go to www.deq.nc.gov/NCGO1 and complete the eNOI form.

or prospective owners of their potential need for NPDES permit coverage.
