This letter is to acknowledge the satisfactory completion of site
stabilization on the above referenced project. All requirements for
compliance with the Buncombe County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation
Control Ordinance have been met and the permit for land disturbing shown
above are hereby released. Please submit this letter with a copy of the
Certificate of Completion that is attached, to DEMLR via
deq.nc.gov/NCG01 to submit an e-NOT for closeout of your State permit.

satisfactorily stabilized except for routine maintenance requirements. With this
compliance the is hereby released from monitoring the enforcement of the Soil Erosion
and Sedimentation Control Ordinance on the above referenced project.
