Please find attached a copy of the completed form entitled"Stormwater Compliance Inspection Report".
The report summarizes the findings of a recent inspection of the projecVs stormwater controls conducted on
October 5, 1999,to determine compliance with Stormwater Permit Number SW8 970521 issued on October
22, 1997.
A summary of the findings and comments are noted under Section 6 of the report. Please inform this
Office in writing before November 15, 1999 of the specific actions that will be undertaken and the time frame
required to correct the deficiencies. Failure to provide the requested information,when required,may initiate

Directions to site, address: Corner of Randall Parkway and Kerr Avenue, Wilmington,NC
2. Inspection Date: ; October 5, 1999
Weather Conditions: Sunny, warm
3. Compliance Issues:
a. The orifice could not be located for either pond.The water level in Pond A was at least 1'below
the equalization pipe.The invert of that pipe is supposed to be at the normal pool,so the orifice
should have been easily seen.
4. PE Certification Received? 9-11-98 Deed Restrictions Received?N/A
5. Required Actions:
a. Please either verify the orifices' existence, or install them immediately.
