I was processing the documents after this Mod request and realized that the closeout documentation submitted
for this Mod request was for the only lots specified under this COC. Should it have been a Notice of Termination
request instead? I wanted to alert you so you could submit an NOT request.
Right now the permit COC remains active;the original E&SC approval and recent closeout for specified lots are
attached for your review. It will continue on an annual billing cycle unless closed out.
Please submit an NOT request if these were the only lots included under this COC.
