Dear Mr. Hiatt,
In accordance with North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, ECOFLO, Inc. was
unable to obtain analytical monitoring records for the 2018 calendar year. During this
period, ECOFLO was transitioning from the previous EHS manager to a new EHS
management team, included myself and the VP of Enviromental Compliance. I was able
to identify records prior too and records thereafter, but no records for 2018 in regards to
that transitional period.
