Hi, Dennis, Thanks for reaching out about this.A change in a permit contact won't change anything about the COC,so I don't thinkyou need a new renewal COC (this permit was renewed in 2021). It's still issued to the City of Newton regardless. Is that accurate? I think what you need to fill out instead is this Permit Contact Update Form. Bethany, The City of Newton has divided up responsibilities at Public Works. Dusty Wentz who was named as the contact has been changed to me. To change that I went into Renewal COC Request to change the names. After I did it, I notice that I have check the wrong box. I should have check permit information on the COC is incorrect or old. Can you fix this or do I need to fill out anther form? Just a small FYI. Dusty Wentz is the Director of Utilities,who had this permit and I am the Director of Public works, which this permit fails under me now. We do have a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan in place. I have started correcting issues. I may call on you or your designee if I have any questions. If there is any email list for training webinars, and any training please add me.
