North Carolina Li mited Liability Company, AND South McCullen Road, LLC a North Carolina
L Um.. ted Liability Company. Post Office Box 277 , Benson, North Carolina 27504, hereinafter referred to
as Grantor, and BNT Investments , LLC, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company, Post
office Box 905 , Dunn, No Carolina 28335 hereinafter referred to as Grantees,

That the Grantor, for a valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee

Harnett County Registry. Reference to said map is hereby made for a greater certainty of description.

BEING that lot located on the North side of East Broad Street in the Town of Dunn, bounded on the South
by East Broad Street; on the East by Western Iine of Arnold's variety Store; on the North by a parking tot
presently under lease to James M. Suggs et al; on the West by eastern line of C.J. Hanna and Associates,
Inc.,, and described as follows:
BEGTNNING at a point in the northern marlin of East Broad Street, which paint is 70 feet from the
intersection of the eastern margin of A.C.L. Railroad and northern margin of East Broad Street, said point
being on the southwestern corner of lot of Arnold's Variety Store, and runs slang the line of Arnold's in it
northern direction and parallel with the right of way of the A.C.L. Railway a distance of 94 feet to a stake
corner; thence in a western direction and parallel with Broad Street a distance of 20 feet to a stake, the
corner of the C.J. Hanna property; thence along the line of the C.J. Hanna properly and parallel with Wilson
Avenue a distance of 90 feet in a southern direction to the northern margin of East Broad Street, stake
corner; thence slang the margin of East Broad Street in an eastern direction a distance of 24 feet to the
beginning, and being a lot 20 by 94 feet which tot is a part of lots 1 -2-3 in Black "N" according to the
