Salisbury, NC 28144 and identified as Rowan County Tax Map Number(s) 052-086, -087, -088,
& -089, hereby authorize and designate Mandip Kaur to act as my agent for any matters relating
to any and all submittals/permits for the proposed TA Truck Stop facility to be built on the above-
referenced property(s). This authorization includes,but is not limited to: submitting and providing
documentation (permit applications, engineered drawings, hydrology reports, etc.) as needed for
the proposed commercial development. Representatives shall include, but is not limited to,
engineering firm, architecture firm, contractors, etc.
