The property herein described was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded as follows:

Deed Book 543, page 345, Rowan County Registry.
Ellen Greene Carter died testate in Rowan County, North Carolina on September 21, 2019 and an estate
was opened in the office of the Rowan County Clerk of Superior Court in file 19 E 1020. The Executor's
authority to execute this instrument was granted in Article I, B of the decedent's will.
All or a portion of the property herein conveyed does not include the primary residence of a Grantor.
A map showing the above described property is recorded in Plat Book 9995, page
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid Iot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto
belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
AND the Grantor covenants with the Grantee,that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple, that title
is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances, and that Grantor will warrant and defend the title
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever except for the exceptions hereafter stated.
Title to the property hereinabove described is subject to the following exceptions:
