I, Kristi Morgan, Manager, Fairhaven Summit, LLC (Financially Responsible Party), have
executed a contract with ECS (Licensed
Professional) to conduct all required initial inspections, ensuring erosion and sediment
control measures have been installed consistent with the approved plan and will be
available for the duration of the construction of the project in order to design new
stormwater measures and/or more effective or different erosion sedimentation control
measures in the event that the initial controls are ineffective and provide effective and
immediate alternatives for compliance with Section 7-12-2 of the City's Environmental
Protection Standards for the proposed work at the following project site:

disturban a or with an impervious surface area on completion of over 50% of the total acreage.)
