During this inspection, Melissa Joyner met with Mr. Hector Moreno, Service Center Manager. Since Mr. Moreno is now in charge of the permit and is the facility contact person, a Permit Update Contact Request Form still needs to be completed and submitted. The form may be accessed at the following link: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Permit-Contact-Updates She reviewed information which had been added to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)since the previous inspection. This included an updated site map which had the latitude/longitude location of Outfall-001. The site map will still need to show topography and the delineated drainage area for the outfall with arrows indicating the direction of the flow.A notation that no leaks or spills had occurred during the last 3 years, dated in February 2024 was noted. Included in the SWPPP was now a list of personnel with their signatures acknowledging their responsibilities for the Spill Prevention and Response Procedures. Information was also included about the location of the spill response materials.A certification statement was provided about the facility not utilizing solvents.
