I also want to make sure that whoever is processing the renewal is aware of the ownership change and addresses the renewed/re-issued permit to the appropriate owner. Will your letter regarding the ownership change reflect that the permit is currently expired and still in the renewal process? Thanks for your help. To my knowledge the change should not effect the renewal process.
