As per our phone conversation earlier today. I will "NO" longer be at the NCEH
Elizabethtown Energy, LLC and Lumberton Energy, LLC facilities after November 5, 2009. This is
much to my regret because the staff and myself have had a tremendous investment of ourselves
in these facilities. I will be moving to the next endeavor. I have been instructed by TOPAZ
personnel that your new point of contact will be the Plant Manager at Coastal Carolina Clean
Power in Kenansville N.C. This gentleman's name is Ralph Smith and his contact number is 910-
296-0400. This is all I know at this time.
would like to take this time to thank you, and all of your staff for all the support that you
have given to myself and staff. It has truly been a pleasure.All the folks at NCDWQ have been
great to work with over the past 13 years. If I myself or my staff may be of any assistance in the
