Inspection Summary:
Based on the inspection conducted, Overcash Gravel and Grading was not compliant at the time of the inspection.A
recently updated copy of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)was present on site.The SWPPP was
missing documentation of employee training.
Analytical and qualitative monitoring data was not available on site at the time of the inspection.
All outfalls on site were observed with no visible issues noted.
The facility must:
-Within thirty days, send an updated copy of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan that includes documentation of
employee training.
- Immediately begin analytical and qualitative monitoring and send the results to Mooresville Regional Office.
