Analytical and qualitative monitoring data was not available on site at the time of the inspection. All outfalls on site were observed with no visible issues noted. The facility must: -Within thirty days, send an updated copy of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan that includes documentation of employee training. - Immediately begin analytical and qualitative monitoring and send the results to Mooresville Regional Office.
