Stormwater Management Plan
To Whom It May Concern:
We have reviewed the Stormwater Management Plan and calculations submitted for the above
referenced subdivision. Based upon the information submitted,the plans are APPROVED with
the following conditions:
1. Please indicate all drainage easements,riparian buffers,jurisdictional wetlands, and flood
hazard areas on the Final Plat. The stormwater pond easement must be recorded prior to
CO/project completion.
2. A recorded operation&maintenance agreement must be provided prior to CO/project
completion.
3. A stormwater certification by the engineer of record will be required at the completion of
the project.
