Good morning Jerry,
I hope you are doing well. I am sending this Tier One notification on behalf of Waste Connections regarding three
facilities that reported exceedances in Q4.The facility details and parameters of exceedance are listed below.
- Charlotte Hauling located at 5516 Rozzelles Ferry Road, Charlotte, NC 28214(Permit No. NCG080448) reported
an exceedance in pH at Outfall 001 (9.02 s.u.).
- Metromont Hauling located 9925 Metromont Industrial Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28269 (Permit No.
NCG081038) reported an exceedance in pH at Outfall 001 (9.50 s.u.).
- Monroe Hauling and Transfer located at 3320 and 3405 Westwood Industrial Drive, Monroe, NC 28110(Permit
No. NCG081046) reported an exceedance in TSS at Outfall 001 (152 mg/L), Outfall 002 (207 mg/L), and Outfall
003 (194 mg/L).
ONE will be assisting Waste Connections with the Tier One required responses and actions. Please let me know if you
