The Central and Regional Offices have reviewed the Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) covering
January through December 2022. This PAR was received on March 3, 2023, and a revised PAR was
received on December 29, 2023.
The PAR is considered complete and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the
Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Pro ram.
