SCM 1A:The sand filter provides WQ. SCM#2 has an impermiable liner
only;not completely enclosed;no concrete is involved. Dewater:these are
sand filters;there should be no need for dewatering;if there is a complete
failure of the sand media then any excess water would have to be pumped
out;refer to DEWATERING DETAIL on CDs,C3 series.
