Please consolidate all four permits under the name Rogers Group, Inc. with Erik Knowles as the
legally responsible person. Authority was delegated in a letter dated February 7, 2022 [copy
enclosed]. Rogers Group, Inc. is an Indiana-based corporation that qualified to do business in
North Carolina on March 5, 1990. The name Rogers Group, Inc. was not available at the time of
registration, and we were required to qualify under a different name[Ralph Rogers and Company].
Our Secretary of State reference number is 0265050. Both of these company names are listed
there.
