On October 19, 2023 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request
to rescind your coverage under NPDES Stormwater Permit NCS000566. After performing a
facility inspection on November 8, 2023,the Division has determined a permit rescission cannot
be granted at this time. You are required to continue following all monitoring and reporting
requirements of stormwater permit NCS000566.
If the facility is in the process of being sold,you would be performing a public service if you
inform the new or prospective owners of their potential need for NPDES permit coverage.
