Salisbury Street Raleigh, NC 27604 RE: Storm water resubmittal, Royal Farms Ph II Subdivision (SW6230901), Cumberland County, North Carolina Jim; We received your review comments for the Royal Farms Ph II Subdivision dated November 28, 2023. The comments have been addressed as noted below. 1. 4D was not involved with the platting/construction for Royal Farms Ph I. 4D was asked to design and permit the streets, etc for Ph II which is what we submitted to NCDEQ for review. Some of the lots in Ph I have been sold and are no longer owned by the developer. At this point, we are not going to combine the two projects. We are moving forward with permitting for Royal Farms Ph II. Royal Farms Ph I will be addressed as a separate project if needed. 2. The BUA was adjusted for the lots to keep the maximum BUA less than 24%for the project. 3. Done. Updated application is enclosed. 4. You can revise the application to remove data for Section IX of the application. An updated application with the data removed will be uploaded and is enclosed. 5. Design information is enclosed.
