As we discussed in late September, here is a revised SWMP for the City of Durham.This updated SWMP is to address
Session Law 2023-108 and the City SCM replacement fund. Specific sections that were updated include:
1. Version History
2. Section 7, Post-Construction Site Runoff Controls, Sections 7.2 and 7.7. (Some language related to the SNAP tool
was also updated.)
