Below, please find responses to the comments received from your office via email on October 27,2023
and listed as minor deviations in Attachment D of the Draft Stormwater Permit you provided for
review.
Comment: Exclude the BUA added to the project area under Permit No.SW6790507 from the pre-
development annual runoff volume calculation.Revise the calculations as needed
Response: The calculations have been revised accordingly and a copy is attached.
Comment: Correct the following inconsistencies in the submittal items,revising the submittal items
as needed:
• Existing BUA -Shown as 596,267sfin the Narrative and Supplement-EZ Form and
shown as 557,420 sf in the Application Form.
• Total Proposed BUA -Shown as 639,571 sf in the Narrative and shown as 639,981 sf in
the Application Form.
• Total Project Area-Shown as 2,159,496 sf in the Narrative and shown as 2,159,495 sf
in the Application Form.
Response: The Narrative has been revised based on the results of the revised Calculations. A copy of
the revised Narrative is attached.
The data in the Application form has been revised to match the correct data from the
other documents.A revised original Application (and one copy) are attached.
Comment: Provide 7x hard copy& 7x electronic copy of the revised submittal materials addressing
the above issues to our office.Electronic files must be uploaded to our electronic file
repository at the following web address:https//edocs deq.ncgov/Forms/SW-

Response: Hard copies of the revised documents are being submitted by UPS to the State
Stormwater Review address above. Electronic copies are being submitted by email to Jim
Farkas and also uploaded to the electronic file repository.
