This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0023116. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". The facility was issued two Notice of Deficiencies (NOD) over the review period. 1-2020 a NOD was issued for Total Suspended Solids Monthly average violation 7-2020 a NOD was issued for late submittal of DMR The Effluent flow meter had not been calibrated within the last year. Flow measurement devices shall be accurately calibrated at a minimum of once per year. The ORC stated that he will get the flow meter calibrated as soon as possible.
