Ok still a little confusing and maybe we should do this one at a time to avoid confusion, first let's start with NCC221158
(MCB Camp Lejune). I can update the site contact and billing contact. Site Contact remains the same as is. Change email
address to [e-mail]
The current billing contact is [e-mail] tel-9104513238 ext 3242. If this is correct, I will leave it the same
but if not let me know the current email address and telephone number for the billing contact. This is to remain the
same as is.

The current site contact is Bobby Walton, Supt/QCM/SSHO, tel-9105461946, email — [e-mail] and a site
contact mailing address of 846 Bell Fork Road, Jacksonville NC 28540-6312. Only email address needs to be changed to
[e-mail].
I will need to know the new site contact name, title, telephone number, email address and site contact mailing address.
