Upon review, we noticed that the system components have not been updated to reflect the facility upgrade that was completed in 2022. Aqua now operates under A. (2) effluent limitations and requirements that include the following system components: • 1, 0.10 MG and 2, 0.15 MG plants • Digestor = 0.156 MG • Tertiary treatment • UV disinfection, with optional chlorine feed • Generator upgrade Can we get this revised? I inspected the facility in 2019, the next inspection would be in 2024. The summary in the inspection report reads as indicated further below. I am enclosing the 2019 inspection report and inspection letter. Regarding the future wastewater treatment capacity (80-90 rule), they provided the ATC form/specs (enclosed) and set of drawings in 2020 (large file could not attach) with their plans for expansion. Compliance status: 2021— 5 NOV for enterococci violations, some of these NOVs included flow violations.
