Outfalls F2 and R remained identified in the permit as information provided stated that although these outfalls had been
closed, drainage from their respective basins had been rerouted to outfalls for F1 and S, respectively. Basins F2 and R are
identified with the related outfalls to be clear as to what drainage basins are going to which outfalls. Please let me know
if you have any other questions.

Brianna, International Paper continues to work with WiRO to understand the requirements of the new NPDES permit,
which went into effect on October 1, 2023. There are, however,some discrepancies in the permit that I hope you can
correct. Outfalls F2 and R were correctly removed from the permit, per the cover letter(item 6, page 2). In contrast, F2
and R are incorrectly listed in Table 1 of the permit (p. 13) and in the footnotes to Table 1 (p. 14). F2 and R should also
be listed in the "Additional Outfalls" section on page 15 of the permit, but are not. Please make these small
administrative changes to be consistent with approved operations and to avoid confusion. Thank you, Wallace
