I can also import this correspondence to supplement the history. They can check the "Other" option and explain it's a correction made by the E&SC authority. They should ALSO be sure to include info in the "Additional Explanation" so the details are contained in the confirmation email. Report suspicious emails with the Report Message button located on your Outlook menu bar on the Home tab. 1 Good afternoon Brooklyn, I hope your week has been well thus far. I am reaching out in the hopes you will be able to assist in clearing up an error discovered after the Certificate of Completion for Flowers Ridge was received. Upon submittal for the Certificate of Coverage, the original Erosion Control Letter of Approval contained 24-acres vs. the correct 26-acres. This was not caught until after we received the Certificate of Coverage by the NCDEQ. Is there a way to make corrections, or will the error cause issues? I have attached the incorrect Letter of Approval, revised approval, along with the Certificate of Coverage for your reference. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
