Thank you for allowing the Pope Industrial Park H Ltd Partnership the opportunity to respond to this Notice of
Violation issued August 16, 2023; received August 30, 2023. Below is our response to the BOD daily maximum
exceedance violation for the June 2023 monitoring period
This single event does not reflect the performance of the system and was not caused by lack of attention, the ORC
is monitoring the readings on the BOD to ensure the right amount of air in the system, however, as can be seen on
the following chart, the sudden increase on the temperature registered through the month of June give rise to an
increase in the BOD concentration. The system was corrected and prevented another type of violation for the rest
of the month and the subsequent monitoring periods.
