Please be advised that the above referenced plan has been approved by the Town of
Huntersville Planning and Engineering Departments. This approval is required prior to the
initiation of land development activities and is good for 3 years from the approval date.
Please contact the Town of Huntersville Erosion Control Inspector,Anne Loftin (704-579-
1090),to schedule a field meeting if required. This letter may be used to modify the NCG01
permit for this project, if applicable.
Zoning Approval Conditions:
1. Final plat is required prior to CO issuance.
2. HWY 73 improvements escrow agreement is required prior to CO issuance.
3. Existing front yard vegetation (HWY 73 & Jamesburg Dr. frontage) to not be disturbed
outside of limits of disturbance - any disturbed will be supplemented with the required
plantings within compliance of article 7.5.
4. As-Built/installed lighting certification sealed by a registered engineer required prior to
CO.
Approved and stamped plans are accessible through the "Approved Package" section in
EPM for print. Please always keep one set of stamped plans onsite.
