ANSWER: $48, 181.50." And it appearing to the Court from an examination of the record in this proceeding and from other evidence presented and considered: • That this action was duly instituted on the 25th day of i March, 1968 by the filing of a petition and by the issuance of summons; that summons, together with a copy of the pleadings was duly served on -the respondent; that answer was filed by the respondent within time permitted by law; that the respnndent, Elma King warren, i■ the only person who has or claims to have any interest in the property described in the petition and was at the date of taking the owner in fee simple of said property; and that all parties having or claiming en interest in said' property are parties to this action and duly before the court; that the title to the A. That the title to all properties comprising the Raleigh- Durham Airport is vested in thi County of Wake, the County of Durham, the City of Durham and the City of Raleigh, and that upon entry of this judgment a full title in fee simple in the properties described in the petition vests in the said County of Wake, County of Durham, City of Durham, and City of Raleigh. That the verdict returned by the jury is $48, 181.50, upon which the court has calculated interest at the rate of six percent per annum from the 25th day of March, 1968 until the date of this judgment/ that said interest due of $3, 621.64 plus the said $48,181. 50 results in a net sum of $51,803.14 to be paid by the petitioners to the respondent/ NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: 1. That on the date of signing of this judgment, title is hereby vested in the County of Wake, the County of Durham, the City of Durham, and the City of Raleigh in that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Cedar Fork Township, Wake County, North Carolina, which said tract is all of the lands BK001881PG00685 Beak1381 Fig685 -3- . • conveyed to Mrs . alma King (now the respondent Elma King Warren) by deed from J. L. King and wife, Elma King, dated September 23, 193n and recorded in Book 783, page 542, Wake County Registry. and is described as follows, to-wit: . . W. t Marshall ; runs thence mouth 87 deg. 15 min. east 1 432 feet to the Fish Dam Road; thence with said road • south 14 deg. 45 min. west 1672 feet to Charlie Ferrell' s line as shown by. stake on the east side of road; thence • with Ferrellls line south 04 deg. 55 min. east 1,000 feet to Ferrell' s corner, Taylor's line; thence north 5 deg. 3 min. east 1770 feet with Taylor's line to a stake in J. That the sum of $46,181.50 with interest of $3,621.64 for a total of $51,803.14, the same being the jury verdict plus interest as calculated by the court, is the fair and adequate value of and represents just compensation to the respondent for the appropriation of the lands above set out. 4.
