THE SITE IS LOCATED ON THE EAST CORNER SET, INCLUDING A CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE, INLET PROTECTION, AND SILT FENCE. OF WEST 5TH STREET (PACTOLUS HIGHWAY) AND WEST 15TH STREET. THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT IS AN APPROXIMATELY 4. PERFORM DEMOLITION AS SHOWN ON SHEET CE101. 5,154 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING WITH ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE AND PARKING LOT. 5. ROUGH GRADE THE SITE TO MATCH PROPOSED DRAINAGE PATTERNS. EXISTING CONDITIONS 6. BEGIN STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND INFILTRATION BASIN INSTALLATION WITH INLET PROTECTION WHERE APPLICABLE. TEMPORARILY SEED ALL DENUDED AREAS THAT WILL REMAIN DORMANT FOR 14 DAYS OR ADJACENT PROPERTY MORE WITHIN 24 HOURS.
