the construction details on this plan.A rein gauge shall be installed at the project site for monitoring.
I2. Inspection and final acceptance letters.When the project is complete,the perminees shall contact DEMLR to
close out the MSC Plan.After DEMLR informs the penninee of the project close out,via inspection report,
the perminee shall visit"deq.et.gov/NCG01"to submit an electronic Notice of termination(e-NOT).A$100
annual general permit fee will be charged until the a-NOT has been filled out.
