I have been working on the details you asked for.
Stamped drawings - Attached are CROM drawings that are stamped showing construction
detail for tank and roof. The roof is a double membrane biogas storage system by
Ecomembrane. A second attachment is the approved submittal for the Ecomembrane cover.
The T&H drawings attached to the permit application are in the process of being stamped. I
will send them to you as soon as I get them.
Size of AD tank (volume)
Inner diameter of digester tank is 125 ft Sidewall height is 26 ft - 1 inch which is 320,290 cu
ft or 2,394,000 gallons
The working water depth is 20 ft - 1 inch which is 246,459 cu ft or 1,844,000 gallons
The process is mesophilic. 95-98F.
I talked to Rebecca Chandler about permit requirements for distribution of animal waste
residual solids. I will probably have a permit application for this in a few days.
