Good morning Bethany,
I'm reaching out to you regarding what appears to be a duplicate permit that was opened up for he Perch apartment
project we have ongoing in Charlotte/Mecklenburg county. I transferred to our Charlotte office a couple months ago
from Charleston so I've got experience with permitting it has mostly all been in South Carolina, so I apologize in advance
if I'm interpreting anything wrong. After reviewing the NOI application for this permit, to me it appears like a mistake
was made as the initial construction time was for a month:
9. Date to Begin* 0810112022
Estimated Oonstruetion Project dart Date
10. Bate to End* 0910112022
Estimated Construction Project End Date
I believe another permit(NCC223006)was opened that covers the same area and has a much more accurate
construction timeframe of 9/5/2022— 11/30/2024. It is my understanding that this permit encompasses/is the same as
NCC222581, so I believe were good to go on closing it out.
If my understanding/review of the permits are correct, can you help educate me on the close out process needed for it.
